What is ai:ing?
Software that does a startup's marketing. It drafts posts, ads, emails and replies from what your customers say, waits for your yes, puts out what you approved, and counts what each one sold after costs. How it works.
Who is it for?
Startups that sell to people, such as shops, D2C brands and apps, and startups that sell to businesses. It is sold to businesses only. Who it is for.
Does ai:ing post without my approval?
No. Posts, ads, emails and replies wait for your yes. The only exception is routine replies under a rule you sign once, such as answering a price question with the reply you approved.
What does it do by itself?
Research, drafting, scheduling and counting results. Under rules you sign: routine replies, pausing an ad that misses its pause rule, and moving money between approved ads within your limit. What goes out by itself.
How much does it cost?
€36 per brand a year (€3 a month, paid yearly). You pay your AI provider directly, and if ai:ing runs your ads, 4% of what they spend. Nothing on your sales. Pricing.
Which AI does it use?
The one whose key you add: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter. That provider bills you directly.
Which channels work today?
Email works today, with your own Resend account. Instagram and Meta ads are built and wait for Meta's review of ai:ing's app; until then approved posts and ads come to you as steps to post or build them yourself. Status of each part.
Does it work with TikTok?
Publishing to TikTok is built and waiting for TikTok's review of ai:ing's app. It is not available to customers yet.
Can it run my ads?
Small Meta ad tests on Instagram, inside a monthly limit you set, once Meta's review is done. Nothing spends without your yes. Meta ads.
Will it make up reviews, quotes or results?
No. Drafts start from what customers actually wrote, and each shows where its words came from. Every sample on this site is labeled as a sample.
Does it like, follow or message people from my accounts?
No. It never follows, likes or sends cold messages, and uses only each platform's official routes.
Which languages does it write in?
English and German, with the wording check in both. The interface is in English.
Where is my data kept?
With Cloudflare, with the database in the EU, and each business kept apart. For the personal data your business puts into ai:ing, capXholding AG is your processor under Annex A of the terms.
How do I stop everything?
Press Stop. Posts, emails, replies and ad spend stop at once until you start them again; whatever was waiting is held, not deleted.
Is there an app?
ai:ing works in the browser on a phone or computer. There is a free Mac app, signed and notarized, which needs an account. There is no iPhone app yet.
