aiing.io is run by capXholding AG, Oberallmendstrasse 18, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (companies@capxholding.com). Full details in the imprint.

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. The samples on the page run in your browser; nothing you type into them is sent anywhere. To see how many people visit and how they find us, we count visits with Counterscale, which runs on our own Cloudflare account at stats.capxholding.com. For each page view it records the page, the referring site, the type of browser and device, and the country. No IP address is stored and no profile is built. Counterscale relies on your browser's ordinary cache of one small response, which holds a time and no identifier. Visit data is kept for 90 days.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical data needed to deliver it (such as your IP address) and also measures page speed with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving this site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act).

The old waitlist

The waitlist is closed, and the page no longer takes new names. If you joined it, we still hold your email address and anything else you sent, with the date, at Cloudflare in the EU. We do not sell or share it. Write to companies@capxholding.com and we delete it.

If you write to us

We use what you send only to answer you, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

ai:ing itself

Creating an account opens the control room. Payment is handled by Stripe. Once you are signed in, Settings holds the notice of what the control room stores. For the personal data your business puts into ai:ing, we act as your processor under Annex A of the terms.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and complain to a data protection authority. Write to companies@capxholding.com.
